So, I’ve been MIA for a couple of months now and I’m really super sorry, but my life as I knew it basically imploded on itself. I basically became a single working mother in the matter of a few weeks. Granted my daughter’s father is still in the picture, but I have her 7 days a week, except when I’m working. So things have been busy. He also took my good laptop and I just recently got my desktop back.

But that’s really neither here nor there. I have been having a great success at losing inches. I haven’t really lost any weight but I’ve lost so many inches!!

The last time I had posted my measurements were along the lines of

Bust: 39.5”

Waist: 36.5”

Pooch(leftover baby belly): 41”

Hips:43”

Arms:11”

Thighs: 25”

Calves:13.5”

And as of this morning they are:

Bust: 36.25”

Waist:31”

Pooch: 33.5”

Hips:38”

Arms: 11”

Thighs:20”

Calves:11”

OMGoodness! I can’t tell you how amazed I was when I looked over the numbers this morning. I almost fainted :) I’m so proud of myself.

And to be honest…I haven’t really been following a strict diet or exercise routine. I’ve just been eating less bad food, drinking a ton more water (almost 100 oz a day!) and being more active. I also moved back onto my dad’s farm so I’ve been getting my weight lifting in by doing stuff around the farm. I had been jogging, but I absolutely hated it. I felt like I was going nowhere and getting there fast. I was up to jogging a solid 1/2 mile…but again, I hated it. So…I started cycling! And I love it. I’m currently up to 3/4 mile and it hurts lol. I can do 1/2 mile without it hurting, but I’m trying to push myself. My goal is to be at 3 miles by the end of summer.

I’m also am trying to get sexy legs….and cycling seems to really be helping with that. But I’m going to be making a 3 mile cycling challenge…and hopefully I can get some people on board with me. I’ll make a post hopefully this evening with all the details :)

So hopefully I’ll be on more everyone. :)

The only way to start running, is one step at a time

And I’m very proud to say that I took that first step last night :)

Granted it was only a 5 minute run but I was really proud of myself. I also walked for 20 minutes today. I’m going to try and run at least every other night if not every night.

Also I found my pre-pregnancy measurements, a.k.a my goal size.

Bust 37”

Waist: 29”

Hips: 39”

Arms: 10”

Thighs: 21”

Calves: 12”

So I have 2 1/2” on my bust, 5” on my waist (which is mostly baby pooch), 2” to lost on my hips, 4” on each thigh, and 1” on each calf. So it’s not too bad.

Starting weight: 182.4
Bust: 39 1/2”
Waist: 36 1/2
Baby Pooch: 41”
Hips: 43”
Arms: 11” (each)
Thighs: 25” (each)
Calves: 13.5” (l) 13” (r)

so those ^ where my measurements as of January 29th. My measurements as of today are:

Bust: 39 1/2”

waist 34”

Baby Pooch: 40”

Hips: 41”

I didn’t get to measure my thighs and arms, but the measurements I did get are making me really happy. I’ve lost  6” with just dieting and the very random workout here and there.

So yay me :)
